Question 7 of 20

You are the principal contractor on a site where 12 construction workers will be present at the same time. What must you do before work starts?

  • Nothing: there is no obligation below 20 workers
  • Send a prevention program to the CNESSTYour answer
  • Have a site-specific prevention program drawn up, jointly with the employersCorrect answer
  • Apply the Regulation respecting the prevention program (S-2.1, r. 10)

Explanation

From 10 workers expected at the same time, section 198 requires a site-specific prevention program, drawn up jointly with the employers. Sending it to the Commission (s. 200) applies only from 20 workers. S-2.1, r. 10 was repealed on October 1, 2025.

Features

Four tools at the core of every session

Practise, understand the mistake, review at the right time, then test yourself in exam conditions.

  1. 01

    Readiness score

Your mock exams are marked against the 60% pass mark. The score, from 0 to 100 over your last 14 days, combines those results, the elements you have mastered and the reviews you did on time.

  2. 02

AI tutor on every wrong answer

After a wrong answer, the tutor explains the reasoning and points you to the section in question, with the LégisQuébec link. It cites the number, never the text of the law.

  3. 03

    Spaced review

Questions you miss come back in your review queue, at intervals that grow as you get them right.

  4. 04

    Timed mock exams

Official duration (3 h, or 1 h 30 for safety), marked at 60%, and no English peek during the mock.

  1. 1

    Take the diagnostic

One free diagnostic per exam shows where you stand, module by module.

    Practise your weak elements

Sessions go after what you know least first, and the tutor explains every mistake.

  3. 3

    Mock exam, then the RBQ

Pass your timed mock exams, then file your application. The RBQ writes to you with the date, time and office.
