RBQ exam cheat sheets

The cheat sheets on this page are one-page printable sheets that gather the facts RBQ exam candidates look up most: what each step costs, what is handed out in the exam room, and which dates change the rules. Each sheet shows its source and its verification date, because this information moves.

The three sheets

• RBQ fees 2026: every RBQ fee for contractors, at the 2026 rate, on one page. It is for anyone preparing an application or a budget. The amounts are indexed every January 1.
• Documents provided at RBQ exams: for each exam, the acts, regulations and codes handed out in the room and those only recommended, according to the RBQ information sheet. It shows which texts to practise navigating and which to know in advance.
• Regulatory calendar 2025 to 2027: the dates that affect candidates, each with its source. It is for anyone preparing an exam in 2026 or 2027 who wants to check whether a rule or a text has changed.

How they differ from the PDF guides

The six free guides are longer documents, written around one subject: a study plan, a cheat sheet per exam, choosing the exam for your licence, how exam day unfolds. They accompany you through preparation. The three sheets on this page are shorter and more factual: they work as a quick reference, with no study path.

Checking and updating

Each sheet carries the date of its last check, drawn from the RBQ’s official sources and from LégisQuébec. The 2026 amounts will change at the next January 1 indexation.
