How do I cancel?
In Settings, under Billing, choose Cancel, then confirm. The monthly subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. There is no refund for the current period. The 3-month pass does not renew: there is nothing to cancel, and access stops at the end of the 3 months.
Are taxes included?
No. GST (5%) is added to the displayed price. The amount is itemized before payment.
Can I switch exams?
Yes. The subscription covers the three management exams and the construction work exams for subclasses 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2 and 1.3. You move from one to another with the Current exam selector, at no charge.
What happens if I fail the RBQ exam?
You can request one retake within 30 days. If you fail the retake, you must wait 4 months before sitting that exam again. Each attempt costs $105.27 (2026 fee), paid to the RBQ, not to RBQexam. A passed exam stays valid for 5 years. You can keep your subscription to prepare for the retake, or cancel it at any time.
What is the retake guarantee?
If you reach "Exam ready" in RBQexam (or pass three full mock exams at 70% or more) and still fail the RBQ exam, we extend your access free of charge until your retake, up to 4 months. It is an access extension, never a refund. Once per account. To request it, write to [email protected] with your RBQ result notice.
